About Jump n Start

Ro Hula is launching Jump n Start – an online programme that is to help individuals (particularly professionals who are employed in corporate and) who have acquired or honed their area of specialisation in corporate, or otherwise and seek to translate this specialisation into their own business and provide the service to their desired target market.

The programme will be delivered in an experiential participation format – the individual who will benefit the most, will be the one who fully participates in the tasks provided in the two-week period. 

After the 2-week period the individual will have a realistic and honest picture of their own position, i.e. whether to jump or not, and also bring out their blindspots, limitations and pitfalls that they are likely to experience when running their own business.

The individual will weigh up the unavoidable elements and assess whether full-time entrepreneurship is theirs or not. The individual will be able to discern on the progressive nature of eliminating their fears when it comes to running one’s own business.

The individuals will also receive a hard-copy of Lutendo’s book on running and building a business in South Africa. The individual will have the CEO mentality into their business, as opposed to being ready to jump into being “re-employed”.

The transformative programme will be facilitated by Lutendo, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in various roles including running an audit practice, lecturing, consulting in both private and public sectors, dealing with small to large entities across the board.

Lutendo has seen businesses of all sizes experience mixed fortunes and has provided “wrap-around” advise to businesses – advice ranging across human resources, marketing, compliance, operations, finance, etc.
